These common symptoms & signs of RLS will accurately describe this condition: * Bizarre and bothersome sensations akin to creeping, pulling, crawling, tingling, pricking, itching or burning feelings deep in the legs or affected parts.
* Restlessness in the limbs or a strong irresistible urge to move the legs or affected part to relieve the discomfort
* Rest or inactivity intensifies symptoms. The sensations are worse when lying or sitting. Walking and motion can ease discomfort only for a short while.
* Sensations become more intense at night. Irritating sensations are likely to peak late in the day or in the evening which can often disrupt sleep.
* There is visible and involuntary jerking or twitching of toes and feet when at rest.
